Our Mission

We exist to extend research-based horticultural education to our community. Through our Plant Clinic, demonstration greenhouse, and educational programs, we help residents grow healthier gardens, solve plant problems, and adopt sustainable practices that benefit both their landscapes and the environment.

Our volunteers contribute thousands of hours annually to community education, maintaining demonstration gardens, answering plant questions, and hosting events that bring gardeners together.
